Hydrographic Coating

Let your imagination run wild! With our hydrographic coating process, choose from a huge range of finish types from oak to graphite or even snake skin. We can apply any effect to any panel material.

Powder Coat

Powder coat is the most robust coating and is generally applied to metal panels. Once applied, it is then polished, lacquered and finish polished to provide a high quality finish.

Wet Spray

We offer the conventional wet spray and we have a range of metallic paints that all provide very effective finishes.

Machining

Using our CNC Routing, engraving and laser marking machines we produce all of our panels in-house ensuring a consistent quality of product.

Our expert Engineering Solutions division specialises in the design and manufacture of bespoke automated equipment. From dumb waiters supplied in segments for installation during the layered build of the vessel to automated TV lifts that won’t compromise the aesthetics or space on board, we offer customised mechanisms to suit a customer’s needs.

We have built a number of bespoke dumb waiters. Customised to suit the specific vessels, they are supplied in segments so the unit could be progressively installed during the layered build of the vessel.

Cable harnesses

We manufacture bespoke cable harness sets and cable assemblies to connect the control and monitoring systems around the boat.

Tool Calibration

All of our crimp tools are checked for function on a regular basis and the test data is kept on file. Any tools found to be outside of calibration are isolated and destroyed.

Marking Systems

We offer different marking styles from the conventional cable ident marker which would be hand applied to a single core, through to a durable printed marker which would be fitted to the outside of a multicore or cable set.

Vinyl Wraps for Boats

An effective alternative to painting, using vinyl wrapping we can create logos, images or details such as pinstripes on your hull or superstructure. You can even highlight specified areas of your boat using vinyl effects such as carbon fibre or brushed steel.
