Quality Coordinator
Overview
This is a fantastic opportunity to join our established Quality team and operate across the businesses divisions to strive for fantastic quality for our customers.
Purpose of the Role
As a Quality Coordinator you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities in accordance with the company’s Quality Management System. You will also be required to provide support across the company, maintaining up-to-date records, logs and registers, whilst working closely with the Quality Department. Quality awareness and understanding of quality standards, training will be provided within this role.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Responsible for supporting administration within Quality team.
- Data entry, retrieval, database maintenance of the documented quality management system (QMS).
- Creating and managing documents, spreadsheets and presentations
- Compiling reports, (monthly KPI performance). Maintain, monitor and report Quality performance data to the Quality Manager on a monthly basis.
- Report supplier quality performances to the relevant stakeholder.
- Process internal quality data and create reports for relevant stakeholders.
- Work closely and professionally while interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
- To support with shopfloor inspection audits to ensure compliance of the QMS system.
- Process internal quality data and create reports for relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate tooling and calibration registers.
- Coordinate the internal NCR database including resolution of faults with non-conformance owners.
Requirements
- Experience within a quality role preferred, but not essential.
- A manufacturing, technical or industrial background – preferred but not essential.
- Knowledge of ISO9001, ISO14001 & ISO45001 – preferred but not essential.
Desirable
- IT literate with good typing skills and confident using a range of programmes including email, word processors, presentations and spreadsheets Proficient in Excel and Word.

- Excellent communications skills.
- Time management skills and the ability to prioritise their workload effectively.
- Able to work within a small team, take direction from others and collaborate effectively
